This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining efficient operations in the front of house area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality management.
Needed:
Thursday-Saturday 11am- 10pm with 1 hour Break Sunday 11am-8pm 1 hour break
OFF :
Monday-Wednesday Responsibilities Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment. Implement and maintain food safety and handling procedures in compliance with health regulations. Assist with budgeting and financial management, including cash handling and front of house inventory control. Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure seamless communication between front of house and back of house teams. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance the dining experience. Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the food industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of budgeting practices and financial management related to restaurant operations. Experience with food handling regulations and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience as an assistant manager or in kitchen management is preferred.
