Job Description

Now Hiring:
Part-Time Seasonal Front of House (FOH) Manager - Crab House We're seeking a reliable, hands-on Front of House Manager to join our team for the busy season at our high-volume casual atmosphere restaurant. If you thrive in a fast-paced, lively environment and know how to lead a team while delivering great guest experiences, we want to hear from you.
Position Details:
Part-time, seasonal role (flexible hours based on business needs) Peak season scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily FOH operations, including dining room, bar, and host stand Lead and support servers, hosts, and bartenders during service Ensure a smooth, efficient flow of service Handle guest concerns and maintain a positive dining experience Promote and secure reservations for small gatherings, celebrations, and special events Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and team communication Maintain cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards
What We're Looking For:
Previous FOH leadership or supervisory experience (seafood or high-volume a plus) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach Availability during peak seasonal hours
