Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front of House Manager, where you'll lead the guest experience with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for exceptional service. As the face of our establishment, you'll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth service from the moment guests walk through the door to their final farewell. Your expertise in food service management, team leadership, and hospitality will drive our success and elevate our reputation for outstanding customer satisfaction. Duties Supervise front-of-house operations, including greeting guests, seating arrangements, and ensuring timely service delivery Lead staff training and development to uphold high standards of customer service, food handling, and safety protocols Manage shift schedules, monitor performance, and provide coaching to foster a motivated and efficient team Oversee POS systems Control inventory levels for front-of-house supplies, including tableware, linens, and beverages, ensuring proper stock levels Enforce food safety standards and hygiene practices in compliance with health regulations Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure an overall positive dining experience Assist with food preparation coordination when necessary and collaborate with kitchen management to ensure seamless operations Manage restaurant flow during peak hours by supervising staff in serving, bar operations, catering events, and banquets Support budgeting efforts by monitoring labor costs and optimizing shift coverage to maximize efficiency Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, casual dining, or fine dining establishments Extensive background in food industry operations including food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS along with cash handling expertise Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervising teams, interviewing candidates, and developing talent Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality management practices Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes Previous roles involving restaurant management or assistant manager responsibilities are highly desirable Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming environments for diverse clientele Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality! Pay:
$53,676.34 - $70,000.00 per year
