Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, creating a welcoming environment from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, Aloha POS ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated effectively Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction through excellent customer service Clear tables, bussing as needed to maintain a clean dining area and support kitchen operations Handle cash transactions accurately with POS systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant hosting, or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, Aloha POS or is a plus Strong customer service skills with an energetic, friendly demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous but not mandatory Basic math skills for cashiering and handling transactions accurately Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
