Front of House Team Member

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive first impression Manage reservations using OpenTable or similar booking platforms, coordinating seating efficiently Operate POS systems such as Toast for order processing, payments, and cash handling Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Assist with food handling, serving, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area Support food safety and sanitation standards in food preparation areas and during service Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and foster guest relations to promote repeat visits Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems Demonstrated ability in upselling, sales techniques, and guest relations within a hospitality setting Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions Prior host/hostess or front-of-house experience in fine dining or nightlife venues is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!

Pay:

$22.02 - $26.51 per hour
