As a Front of House Team Member, you are the face of our highly rated customer service in a guest-facing working both inside and outside. This position requires a high level of emotional intelligence and ability to mange stress within a high pressure environment. Our certified trainers will work multiple shifts together in order to prepare you for the role, but it will be your responsibility to work with a high sense of urgency at all times. As a representative of Chick-fil-A, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will also have an opportunity to grow within the company by going through our certified trainer and Drive-Thru shift lead development programs.
