Responsibilities Opens car doors for all guests Welcome guests by name upon their arrival and departure to provide excellent customer service Assist guests with moving luggage to a secure area and perform any other requested services Drive guest vehicles to the parking lot and retrieve them in an efficient and safe manner Follow existing valet processes to correctly document each vehicle's parking location on the claim ticket Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot Answer guests' questions regarding local attractions, hotel amenities, and other available services Gives clear directions to all hotel facilities, guest rooms, and local area attractions Assists valet with parking cars as needed Delivers packages, faxes, and messages to guests Tags and stores baggage for guests as needed Maintains accurate records of incoming and outgoing baggage Arranges transportation for guests Performs other duties as assigned Ensures the front entrance and bell stand are kept clean Skills Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is beneficial for driving duties. A background as a delivery driver or in a dealership setting can be helpful but is not required.
