Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Full-Time Office Coordinator in Jerome, Idaho, for those passionate about service and improving the quality of life in the communities we serve. This role is your opportunity to be the face of our organization and deliver the magical patient experience we are committed to offering.

Greet patients and provide outstanding customer serviceAnswer phonesElectronic schedulingReferral ManagementSecondary Authorization oversightData entryMaintain patient charts and electronic medical recordsCollect, post, and deposit patient paymentsFax, file, and perform any other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred2+ years of previous medical front office experience preferredExcellent telephone skillsClose attention to detailGreat time management and organizational skills Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer serviceBilingual
