Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hotel Front Office Manager to lead the front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Manage the front desk team to deliver outstanding guest services with professionalism and enthusiasm. Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to guarantee satisfaction. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations. Supervise night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports. Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details using multi-line phone systems. Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication reflects the hotel's welcoming atmosphere. Train staff on hospitality management best practices, including guest services and hotel policies. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting. Strong background in customer service, guest relations, and hospitality management principles. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and front desk technology. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and professional demeanor. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in hotel experience roles such as guest services or front desk is preferred.
