Front Office Medical Receptionist for Cathlab

Oxford Surgery Center is looking for a full-time front office receptionist. We are an Cardiac Ambulatory Surgery Center in Oxford Florida. We are open 5 days a week, M-F.

Job description:

Checking patients in/out of EMR Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs yourself. Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits Schedule and re-schedule appointments for our procedure patients Maintain hard copy patient records as well as the files stored in our EHR. Create charts, obtain labs for procedure patients. Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and to help them schedule testing for off-site services. Provide patients with support and guidance as needed. previous EMR experience- eClinicals preferred.
