Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and document organization Assist with scheduling, customer inquiries, and front desk workflow Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment Follow established procedures and directions from leadership Support team members with administrative tasks as needed Handle basic financial or billing tasks (QuickBooks experience a plus) Enter and update information in Excel spreadsheets when required Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00PM Skills:
