Front Office Representative

Our Woman's imaging facility is looking for a reliable and precise Front Office Representative. In this role, you will serve as the point of contact for our patients, ensuring a seamless workflow from check-in to check-out while supporting our clinical team.

Primary Daily Duties:

Warmly greet incoming patients, manage the check-in pipeline, and process point-of-service payments. Review physician orders within the system to guarantee patients are booked for the correct exams. Coordinate, book, and verify upcoming patient appointments. Conduct pre-appointment insurance verification and eligibility checks. Manage multi-line phones, address voicemails, and handle correspondence efficiently. Assist the radiology team with workflow administration and handle medical records requests. Handle sensitive data entry, scanning, and digital filing while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.

What We Are Looking For:

1+ years of medical front desk experience (Required) Prior background in breast imaging or general radiology environments (Strongly Preferred) Familiarity with medical insurance verification processes Excellent multitasking abilities with a sharp eye for detail in a clinical setting

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
