This Frontier Account Representative role is a full-time, in-person position where you'll work directly with customers, manage accounts from first conversation through follow-up, and contribute to ongoing sales growth. As a Frontier Account Representative, you'll be responsible for maintaining and growing your assigned accounts: Meet with customers in-person to introduce Frontier services and identify needs Manage accounts through the full lifecycle, from initial conversation to completed enrollment Handle upgrades, changes, and follow-ups to ensure long-term customer satisfaction Track performance and adjust your approach to improve sales results Work alongside other Frontier Account Representative team members to stay aligned on daily goals This Frontier Account Representative position is structured around consistency and execution: Daily activity tied to customer interaction and sales performance Clear expectations around account management and follow-through Ongoing coaching to refine communication and improve sales outcomes What you'll get out of this Frontier Account Representative role: Hands-on experience managing real customer accounts Exposure to telecom services and how they're positioned in a competitive market The ability to improve communication through direct, in-person interaction A clear understanding of how individual performance impacts sales results What we provide our
