Job Description

The Front-Line Associate for The Farmers Bank of Willards serves as the first point of contact for customers at our Bank. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with banking transactions and promoting financial products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities for Front Line Associate Greet customers warmly and determine their banking needs. Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, currency exchanges and more, accurately and efficiently. Handle requests for stop payments or place holds on funds as needed and required. Order checks for customers if necessary. Address basic customer inquiries regarding products, services and account information. Perform basic customer maintenance, such as address and phone updates. Maintain a thorough understanding of banking policies, procedures and compliance regulations. Handle cash and maintain a balanced cash drawer. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and objectives. Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new products and services. Qualifications for Front Line Associate Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in basic math and computer skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy Able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations Professional appearance and positive attitude Dependability and the ability to work well under pressure Expected Hours of Work/Position Type This position is non-exempt and requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and every other Saturday.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This role often involves standing for several hours at a time and, at times, lifting up to 50 pounds when handling assigned duties.
