Position Summary The Instructor/Trainer is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and engaging FS8 classes while helping create a polished, welcoming, and high-standard studio experience. This person should be confident coaching group fitness in a premium environment, able to connect with clients of varying levels, and committed to showing up prepared and professional every shift. What You'll Do Teach high-quality FS8 classes with strong coaching presence, professionalism, and energy. Deliver safe instruction, clear cueing, and appropriate modifications and progressions. Help first-time clients feel comfortable, welcomed, and supported. Create a positive, premium, community-driven class experience. Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to deliver a polished experience. Support studio events, community activations, and special initiatives as needed. Uphold brand standards in presentation, communication, and client care. Work collaboratively with the Studio Manager and team to maintain consistency and excellence across the schedule. Warm and personable with strong client connection skills. Confident leading group classes with a wide range of fitness levels. Detail-oriented and committed to delivering a high-standard experience. Positive, coachable, and excited to be part of a growing studio. Qualifications Pilates and/or group fitness teaching experience preferred. Reformer Pilates teaching experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of movement mechanics, safety, cueing, and modifications. Ability to coach clients with different fitness backgrounds and experience levels. CPR/AED certification required or ability to obtain before start. Availability to teach a consistent weekly schedule, including some mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
