Job Description
We are a dedicated food manufacturing company committed to producing high-quality products that delight our customers. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented FSQA (Food Safety & Quality Assurance) Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing quality systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your efforts will help maintain the integrity of our products and uphold our reputation for excellence. Conduct quality audits and inspections throughout the manufacturing process to verify adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and FDA regulations. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines to perform quality control checks. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, process performance, and compliance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems across all manufacturing operations. Assist in training staff on quality standards, inspection procedures, and proper use of measurement tools. Participate in internal and external quality audits to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions. Proven experience with Calypso or similar quality management software is preferred. Strong knowledge of
ISO 13485, ISO 9001, HACCP, CGMP
(Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and FDA regulations related to food manufacturing. Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately for decision-making purposes. Familiarity with conducting quality audits and inspections within a manufacturing environment. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills for training team members and documenting findings clearly.
