Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Positions at Therapyland. We can't keep up with our intake! Therapyland is hiring Full and Part Time Speech Language Pathologists for its Lawrenceville location.

FULL TIME OPTION

UP TO $100,000 salary with credit for years of certified experience included! 4 PM end time schedule available!

PART TIME OPTION

$70 per hour hourly rate.

We have amazing state of the art technology, themed therapy rooms, all materials provided, indoor gym, built in play sets, and an enclosed outdoor playground at our Lawrenceville location. Our facilities are an SLP's dream! Therapyland provides an excellent environment to work with a highly collaborative team that includes SLPs, OT, PT, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and behavior technicians. Candidates should have experience in a clinical setting focusing on assessments, patient-centered care, and helping clients achieve their daily communication goals. Newly certified SLP's are welcome to apply! Starting salary for new SLP's begins at $85,000.

Clinic-Based Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech, language, and feeding skills Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient/caregiver goals Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' communication and feeding skills Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including BCBAs, ABA Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure comprehensive care Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and strategies to improve independence Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and evidenced-best practice standards

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid Georgia licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist CCC/SLP Experience in a pediatric clinical setting and/or home health Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and assist patients as needed Capacity to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
