DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

At the direction of maintenance supervisor and maintenance leader performs following tasks: 1. Install and remove docks and buoys as needed. 2. Maintains tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball field, etc. 3. Maintains road culverts, drain boxes, pot hole patching, road signs, bridges, walking paths, etc. 4. Trim trees and brush as needed. 5. Clean and maintain beaches, bathrooms, picnic areas and tables, etc. 6. Remove trash and maintain dumpsters during recreational season. 7. Clean, maintain and perform repairs at club house office and community center. 8. Assist in maintenance of dam valves and emergency facility. 9. Plan, cinder and salt toads as needed for convenience of members and residents. 10. Cut grass and weeds as needed in green belt areas and roadways. 11. Inspect and maintain club vehicles and equipment and perform minor maintenance. 12. Report any rules violations or emergencies promptly. 13. Assist volunteer groups as requested. 14. Other duties as assigned and requested by Board of Directors.

MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

1. Motor vehicle operator's license and ability to operate truck. 2. Knowledge of and adherence to all safety precautions applicable to the work performed. 3. Strength and endurance to perform work in all weather conditions.
