FT Service Case Meat Lead (10AM- 6PM)

Save More Marketplace is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Case Meat Lead to join our team during the 10 AM to 6 PM shift. As the Service Case Meat Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of the meat service case, ensuring quality products and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Manage the service case by preparing, cutting, and packaging meat products according to store standards. Ensure that all meat products are attractively displayed, properly labeled, and comply with safety and sanitation regulations. Assist customers with their meat selections, providing expert advice and recommendations. Coordinate inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking meat products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat department and adhere to food safety guidelines. Train new team members and support ongoing staff development. Collaborate with management to achieve departmental and store goals. Requirements Strong knowledge of meat cuts, processing, and food safety standards. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Capability to work the 10 AM to 6 PM shift, including weekends and holidays as needed.
