Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming trees to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment like excavators safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering schedules Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for visitors and staff Install hardscape features such as walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with precision Care for trees through trimming, pruning, planting, and health assessments to promote safety and beauty Assist with gardening activities including planting flowers, shrubs, and other greenery to enhance landscape design Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping equipment and power tools Strong understanding of lawn care practices including mowing, fertilizing, aeration, and pest control Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques such as pruning, edging, planting, and soil preparation Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and repair processes Experience with snow plowing equipment operation during winter seasons Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions with stamina and attention to safety standards Prior experience in construction or hardscape installation is a plus Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance needs Join us if you're passionate about transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
