Fuel Tanker Driver

About the Role We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Fuel Tanker-Transport Driver to join our transportation team. In this role, you will operate a tanker truck and trailer (up to 9,000 gallons) to load, transport, and deliver hazardous liquid products such as gasoline, diesel, lubricants, and other petroleum-based materials to customer locations. Key Responsibilities Safely operate tanker truck and trailer in compliance with DOT regulations (49 CFR). Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Load fuel products at various terminals, following all facility procedures. Deliver fuel and lubricants to customers, verifying load accuracy. Maintain accurate electronic logs for Hours of Service and delivery documentation. Keep company vehicle clean and in good working condition. Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training sessions. Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and environmental standards. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid CDL Class A license with endorsements: Tanker, Hazmat, Doubles/Triples. Clean 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no chargeable accidents. Current DOT medical card. Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience (fuel or hazmat preferred). Strong communication, math, reading, and computer skills. Excellent customer service mindset. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs. Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and kneeling. Ability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 8 hours. Why Join Us?
