Fuel Truck Driver

Nelson-Reisner is looking for a fuel driver! We are hiring for a fuel delivery driver to work day shift in Tank Wagon class B. We have an immediate opening available for Monday through Friday in Anacortes WA. Dedicated 8 hour shift 5 days a week. Overtime is available . Qualifications:

Must have Class A commercial license with 160 hours of school training or class B with 3 years of verifiable commercial driving experience. Hazmat Required. TWIC card Required. Minimum of 3 years of CDL driving preferred, and or 10 years of non-cdl driving with a clean and accident-free record. Tanker and fueling experience preferred. Must have experience with driving manual transmissions, 3 years minimum. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repetitively. This job requires, repetitive lifting, pulling, bending, climbing ladders working in all variety's of weather. High School Diploma. We are a drug free company.

Operate fuel trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and safety standards. Complying with all safety training including Hazmat and marine training requirements. Load and unload fuel, maintaining proper handling procedures and safety protocols. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues. Maintain accurate delivery records and logs, including fuel quantities and delivery locations. Ensure the vehicle is equipped with necessary certifications, including Hazmat Paper work and vehicle permits. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate delivery schedules.
