293417847 Job Description Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a global designer, manufacturer, and supplier of technologically advanced ropes, slings, tethers, and strength members. We are currently recruiting a Splicing Fabricator to bring their work ethic and enthusiasm to a company who is at the forefront of rope manufacturing, specializing in creating durable, high-performance ropes. What you get to do:

Inserting a Brummel splice into a 2-foot piece of rope in high quantities. Packaging and ensuring that the project is assembled correctly and ready for shipment. Responsible for joining two separate lengths of rope together to make longer stretches of rope or add components per customer's request. Fill out daily production hours spreadsheet Monitor quality throughout the shift by inspecting each part before and after it is produced for potential quality issues. Keep supplies readily available and organized. Understand the handling of product and proper methods of splicing according to procedures or supervisor's instructions. Count, sort and stack finished work pieces and dispose of waste material. Clearly label raw material, work in progress, and finished goods. Comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Lock Out, and all other Safety requirements. Consistently adhere to and support company policies, Work Instructions and/or other procedures, and ISO requirements. What you need to be successful: Ability to read and comprehend work orders, instructions, correspondence, and memos. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills Ability to read and understand patterns and prints. Ability to read a tape measure. Basic knowledge of MS Windows.

$18.00

Schedule:
