Fulfillment Clerk (Part-Time)

Job Summary:

The person in this position will be responsible for processing Sales and Marketing requests for product sample shipments to existing and prospective customers. Job responsibilities will include the collection of samples, verification of samples to specifications, tasting of samples with Sales and Marketing, sample packing and sample shipment. Maintenance of a detailed shipment log is also required. Candidate will also be responsible for maintaining shipping supplies including boxes, ice packs, box tape, shipping peanuts etc. Additional candidate will support other functions in R D department as needed.

Hours:

Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Responsibilities Support Sales and Customers Activities to produce shipments that are complete, packed well, and professional. Work in manufacturing environment and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Assisting R D staff in a variety of clerical functions as needed for both the Beverage and Yogurt Divisions. Support products evaluations. Support Pilot Plant activities. Maintain R D cooler and keep clean. Prepare R D bench top samples. Maintain clean lab environment. Qualifications High school diploma required. Candidate MUST be detail oriented. Good organizational skills required Good written and oral communication skills. Computer proficiency. Ability to work independently and with teams using effective interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, balance priorities and be a self-starter.
