Fulfillment Coordinator Digital Color Concepts Fulfillment Coordinator East Longmeadow, MA Apply Fulfillment Coordinator Job Purpose:
The Fulfillment Coordinator ensures accurate, timely and efficient picking, packaging and shipment of printed and client furnished materials. This role serves as the operational link between production and delivery, overseeing order fulfillment workflow, maintaining inventory accuracy and upholding quality standards. By coordinating logistics and collaborating across departments, the Fulfillment Coordinator plays a vital role in meeting customer expectations and supporting the company\'s reputation for precision and reliability.
Department Function:
The Packout / Fulfillment / Warehouse department is the extension of our manufacturing department picking and packing orders based on client requests.
Main Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily order fulfillment activities including picking, packing, labeling, staging for shipment and shipping. Ensure packaging specifications and product counts align with customer requirements and internal standards. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production, customer service and sales teams to ensure product availability. Resolve order discrepancies and prioritize urgent shipments through effective communication with internal departments. Track and report fulfillment metrics such as order accuracy, turnaround time and packaging waste. Support seasonal or temporary staff training during peak production periods. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance throughput and reduce errors. Continuously improving processes to enhance throughput and operational efficiency through the use of technology. Maintain organized, clean, and compliant workspaces in accordance with safety and quality protocols.
Other Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Ability to read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures in English. Perform other tasks and duties from time to time as requested by management. Report all issues into internal feedback system.
Equipment and Machinery:
Fork trucks experience preferred Electric jacks Pallet wrappers Must skills and the ability to use Microsoft Excel and Outlook FedEx and UPS automated shipping systems Graphic Communications
PACE ERP
Qualifications:
Pass Drug Testing and Background Check. Fork Truck Pallet Jack Certification. High school diploma or equivalent. Self-starter and problem solver.
Physical Requirements:
Excellent overall health and physical condition. Heavy lifting - able to lift 50lbs. repeatedly. Able to work standing/walking on feet all day.
