Fulfillment Supervisor (B2B)

About North Lake Supply North Lake Supply is a friend & family-owned and operated licensed cannabis cultivation and manufacturing facility right here in New Jersey. We pride ourselves on craft quality and authentic roots. As we expand our reach to retailers and manufacturers across the state, we are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Supervisor to ensure every B2B order leaving our facility is accurate, compliant, and top-shelf quality. The Role You will be the final line of defense between our production floor and our retail partners. This isn't just about moving boxes; it's about managing the delicate balance of inventory precision, state regulatory compliance (METRC), and rigorous quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities Order Management:

Oversee the end-to-end fulfillment process for all B2B wholesale orders.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct final inspections of packaging, labeling, and product integrity to ensure everything meets North Lake's "Gold Standard" before delivery.

Compliance:

Ensure all manifests and transfers are accurately recorded in METRC and adhere to New Jersey CRC regulations.

Logistics Coordination:

Work closely with the sales, cultivation, and lab teams to track inventory levels and schedule timely deliveries to dispensaries and manufacturing partners.

Team Leadership:

Supervise a small team of fulfillment technicians, fostering a culture of high energy, precision, and mutual respect. What You'll Need (Qualifications)

Experience:

2+ years in fulfillment, warehouse supervision, or logistics (Cannabis experience preferred, but we value high-volume food/pharma backgrounds).

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency with seed-to-sale software (METRC) and inventory management systems. Attention to

You're the person who catches the typo on the label or the missing gram in the batch.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Familiarity with NJ Cannabis Regulatory Commission (CRC) packaging and transport requirements.

Physical Ability:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
