Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are a fast -paced growing company, seeking an experienced and detail-oriented bookkeeper/controller to join our team full-time. Responsibilities; Manage daily bookkeeping, and accounting functions Handle accounts, payable, and accounts receivable Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting Manage payroll and maintain accurate financial records Monitor cash flow and company expenses Assist with month-end and year-end closing Work closely with ownership management on financial operations Qualifications Previous bookkeeping, and/or controller expience required Strong knowledge of accounting principles, and financial reporting Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment Construction or contracting industry a plus Compensation and benefits Full-time position Salary commensurate with experience Health insurance 401(k) Paid personal days Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding If you dependable detail oriented and looking to join a strong and growing we encourage you to apply
