Full Charge Bookkeeper

A growing business in Fallbrook is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage full-cycle accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll support, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning the accounting function from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-sufficient, and confident managing day-to-day accounting operations with minimal supervision.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

& RESPONSIBILITIESFull-Cycle AccountingManage accounts payable and accounts receivable processesPerform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliationsPrepare and post journal entriesSupport payroll processing and payroll record maintenanceGenerate financial statements and internal reportsManage vendor and customer account relationshipsMaintain accurate financial records and accounting documentationAssist with month-end and year-end close processesReporting & OperationsPrepare monthly financial reports for leadership reviewMonitor cash flow and assist with financial trackingSupport audit preparation and documentation requestsIdentify and implement process improvements for accounting efficiency
