2 weeks vacation Competitive benefits package (details available upon request) About Us We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team and continue supporting our day-to-day financial operations. Position Overview This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll play a critical part in the financial health and organization of our business. You'll work closely with restaurant leadership and report directly to the owner, who visits one week each month. This position is ideal for a self-motivated and experienced professional who is confident working independently. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Payroll processing through ADP (weekly payroll for 65-70 employees) Includes onboarding, interpreting reports, and data import from (POS system) General Ledger (GL) maintenance Preparation of monthly financial statements and budgets Inventory tracking Handling phones and front-office support Year-end ledger review and coordination with CPA for closing Coordinating advertising efforts Reviewing daily sales and cash receipts Qualifications Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (minimum); Bachelor's preferred 3+ years experience in bookkeeping or full-charge accounting Proficiency in Sage 50 , QuickBooks or similar ERP System Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, multiple tabs, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Restaurant or hospitality accounting experience is a plus 10226148 Share this job Copied url To save a job sign in or get started To apply for this job email your details to I want more jobs like this in my inbox.
