Lead all aspects of the recruiting process to meet organizational needs, in collaboration with other departments. Proactively sell and recruit healthcare professionals through various sources, including internet resources, company databases, company provided leads, referrals and social media. Develops, builds and maintains candidate relationships through effective sourcing and selection techniques. As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do: Build and execute recruiting strategies to attract, engage, and hire qualified healthcare candidates using creative sourcing methods. Manage the full recruitment process including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, screening, onboarding, and candidate relationship management. Develop recruiting pipelines through networking, referrals, job fairs, school partnerships, social media, and community outreach. Track recruiting performance metrics, maintain candidate databases, prepare leadership reports, and improve hiring and retention efforts. Ensure compliance with hiring standards by conducting verifications, credential checks, background coordination, orientation, and maintaining state/federal requirements. A few must-haves for
Full-Cycle Recruiter:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or related field) or equivalent training and work experience Minimum of two (2) years of full-cycle recruiting in an an agency or healthcare; preferred Minimum one (1) year experience in high-volume recruitment; non-medical and licensed professionals Understanding of state and federal home health standards and regulations Excellent communication skills, goal-driven mentality and ability to work independently Why Work for Interim HealthCare?
