No Relocation for this position Position Summary Belmont Medical Technologies is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of web tablet, and related digital applications. This role will work across both front-end and back-end technologies to design, build, test, and maintain secure, scalable, and user-friendly software solutions. The Full Stack Developer will collaborate with engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, product management, and customer support teams to deliver applications that support business needs and improve internal workflows. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and experience building reliable software in a collaborative environment. Experience in medical technology, healthcare, manufacturing, or another regulated industry is preferred. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications supporting web and related digital initiatives. Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces for internal and business users. Develop and maintain back-end services, APIs, databases, and system integrations. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, quality, regulatory, operations, product management, and customer support teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions. Translate business requirements and user needs into technical designs, development tasks, and working software. Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects, performance issues, application errors, and integration problems. Participate in product design reviews, code reviews, architecture discussions, sprint planning, and development meetings. Support application deployments, releases, monitoring, maintenance, and ongoing enhancements. Follow software development best practices, including secure coding, source control, testing, documentation, and change management. Assist with technical documentation, validation support, and change control activities as needed in a regulated medical technology environment. Develop and maintain VPNs and HL7 interfaces. Perform cloud and server maintenance. Continuously improve application performance, security, usability, reliability, and maintainability. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience in full stack software development. Experience developing front-end applications using frameworks. Experience with back-end development. Experience with Git or a similar version control system. Strong understanding of software design principles, database design, API development, and application security. Ability to troubleshoot software issues across the full application stack. Experience working in an Agile or iterative development environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality, reliability, and user experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a medical device, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, or other regulated environment. Familiarity with quality systems, software validation, change control, and regulated documentation practices. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment automation. Knowledge of authentication and authorization methods such as OAuth, SAML, or single sign-on. Experience with network engineering including VPN, IPsec, and NAT. Experience with HL7 messages. Experience with iPadOS/iOS application development. Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and secure software development lifecycle principles. Cloud security certification Experience with Linux/Unix server administration. Experience with reporting, dashboards, analytics, or business intelligence tools. Experience supporting enterprise applications used by cross-functional business teams.

Pay:
$95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
