Full-Time Assistant Manager - Pawn Shop Retail Sales Mr. Pawn is currently seeking a motivated and dependable Full-Time Assistant Manager to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced pawn shop specializing in Jewelry, Firearms, Ammo, Electronics, Coins, Tools, and much more. This is a full-time position consisting of a 40-hour work week , 5 days per week , with split days off . We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a dynamic retail sales environment. Experience in any of the product categories we deal in is highly beneficial.

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour (Based on experience) Monthly Sales Bonus up to $400 per month

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily store operations and management duties Provide excellent customer service Buy, sell, and evaluate merchandise Work with Jewelry, Firearms, Ammo, Electronics, Coins, Tools, and general merchandise Help maintain organized showcases and sales floor Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale systems Assist customers with pawn loans and retail sales Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years Retail Management experience Minimum 2 years Sales experience Computer literate and comfortable learning retail software systems Strong customer service and communication skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Valid Driver's License required Must be able to obtain required State Work Card and Background Clearance No theft-related arrests or convictions No felony convictions

Preferred Experience:

Experience in any of the following is a plus: Jewelry Firearms Ammunition Electronics Coins / Precious Metals Tools Pawn Industry experience
