As a Full-Time Bank Teller at United Midwest Savings Bank, you will be the front line of customer engagement. Your daily responsibilities will include processing transactions efficiently, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies. You will assist customers by answering their inquiries, providing information about banking products and services, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Building strong relationships with customers will be a key expectation, as your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will enhance their overall experience. Additionally, you will participate in training sessions and team meetings to continually improve your skills and stay updated on new services. Education and Experience:

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Proven customer support experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Basic Office Machine Operation Skills, Printers, Scanners, Copiers, Fax, postage machine, etc.
