Full-Time Delivery Team Manager/ Driver - (Requires Class B CDL)

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Lead Delivery Team Members (Drivers) are primarily responsible for managing a small delivery crew on-site, loading, transporting, and delivering various rental items (primarily furniture) to event sites. Delivery Team Members maintain the highest form of professionalism representing Distressed Rentals & Revival.

Responsibilities:

On-time arrival for work shift(s). Dependable performance. Lead and maintain a cohesive delivery crew through verbal direction, efficient planning, and leadership through example. Practice safe driving. Transport furniture without damage. Complete all deliveries and load outs on time. Learn to read floor plans and perform on-site leadership. Warehouse Readiness & Quality Control Keep rental items and materials organized. Keep a clean work environment in order to maintain a superior standard. Pull correct orders. Load trucks properly. Assist with reviewing orders before and after loading inventory. Complete all deliveries and load outs on time. Professional delivery and placement of furniture on-site. Face-to-face interaction on-site with clients.

Experience:

Must be customer service oriented. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills. This position is physically intensive and requires frequent bending, lifting, and the ability to lift 50lbs. Well organized. Flexible schedule within a fast-paced event work environment. Class B CDL is required or 5 years of large straight truck experience may be considered. Equal opportunity employer.
