W-2 Household Employee About the Role Warm, thoughtful first-time parents in Foster City are seeking a full-time nanny for their 6-month-old son. This is a long-term, development-focused role for a nanny who enjoys supporting early milestones from introducing solids to encouraging mobility, play, and early learning. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, communicative, and confident with infant care, while also thinking ahead toward toddler development. Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM

• 5:00 PM 45 guaranteed hours per week No regular evenings, weekends, or travel required ResponsibilitiesInfant Care Provide attentive, safety-focused care for one infant Manage bottles, diapering, naps, and daily routines Maintain a calm, consistent daily structure Development & Engagement Support transition to solids and feeding progression Introduce foods thoughtfully to encourage healthy eating habits Plan simple, age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities Engage actively through play, reading, and interaction Communication Provide daily updates on feeding, sleep, mood, and activities Communicate proactively about any concerns or changes Child-Related Household Tasks Baby laundry Bottle cleaning and organization Tidy nursery, play areas, and baby-related spaces Monitor and communicate when supplies are running low Ideal Candidate This role is best suited for a nanny who takes ownership, initiative, and pride in their work.

Comfortable driving child in the future (family provides vehicle). Home Environment Located in Foster City with parks within walking distance Home is on a lagoon.
