Full Time Director of Rehab (PT, OT, or SLP) - Up to $125,000/YR!

The Director of Rehabilitation leads the therapy team, ensuring high‑quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across the rehabilitation department. This role requires clinical expertise and proven management experience within a skilled nursing or post‑acute setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the rehabilitation therapy team Oversee daily operations of the rehab department Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Develop and implement clinical programs and performance improvement initiatives Manage productivity, staffing, scheduling, and budgeting Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality assurance standards Support staff development, training, and retention efforts

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech‑Language Pathologist Active and unrestricted South Dakota license or ability to obtain Minimum of 5 years of leadership or rehab management experience Strong knowledge of rehab operations, compliance, and productivity standards Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Degree from an accredited PT, OT, or SLP program Current state licensure in respective discipline CPR certification or ability to obtain
