We're seeking a Full Time Sales Associate who will set the bar for exceptional customer experiences in our busy, professional clinic.

Job Description:

Greet and assist customers with professionalism and warmth. Schedule appointments and manage our booking system. Process payments accurately through cash and credit card systems. Ensure therapists are set up for success each shift. Perform cleaning tasks including rolling towels, laundry, vacuuming, mopping, maintaining bathrooms, etc. Uphold company policies and protocols at all times. Participate in an AI-based sales training program, completing and submitting assignments to improve sales skills and stay up-to-date with best practices.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent required Prior sales and customer service experience preferred (pay rate based on experience) Must be willing to work weekends as well as day or evening shifts Must be open to learning and trying new sales approaches, including completing AI-based training assignments Must have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
