Full-Time Licensed Therapist (LSW/LCSW, LPC/LCPC, LMFT) -Private Practice

About Our Practice We are a thriving private practice in Lake Zurich, IL, and we care deeply about our therapists. Providing therapy is extremely rewarding, and yet we know first-hand how challenging it can be when therapists feel overworked and pressured to take on cases that aren't suitable to them. This allows our therapists to put their energy into their clients and provide exceptional therapy. About the Role We are seeking two new therapists to join our practice. Therapists must be licensed in the state of Illinois (LSW/LCSW, LPC/LCPC, LMFT), have excellent clinical skills, and enjoy both collaborating and working independently. This position is both in-person and remote, depending on each individual client's preference. Some evenings are required. Schedule is flexible. Full-time caseload is around 25 billable client hours per week. Pay is based on billable hours, and administrative pay is provided for monthly staff meetings. What You'll Love About Working Here
