of experience . Maxim Healthcare in Sanger/Clovis area is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with a n Adult patient that is dependent on G-Tube and Trach . Patient attends Adult Daycare Program, nurse would have to attend as well.

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
