Full Time Med Surg / Emergency Room Registered Nurse - Up to $100K/yr!

This Full‑time MedSurg/ER Registered Nurse position in McCook, NE offers an opportunity to provide patient‑centered care in a close‑knit community hospital while advancing clinical skills in both medical‑surgical and emergency settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high‑quality, patient‑centered nursing care in MedSurg and Emergency settings Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes Respond to emergency situations quickly and effectively Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska (or compact state eligibility) BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required within 6 months of hire TNCC certification required within 6 months of hire Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN or BSN) required

Preferred Skills:

Prior MedSurg and/or ER experience preferred
