Permanent Med Surg / ER Registered Nurse - Up to $100K/yr!

Full-time MedSurg/ER Registered Nurse position in a close-knit community hospital in Benkelman, NE. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered care in medical-surgical and emergency settings, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in MedSurg and Emergency settings Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes Respond to emergency situations quickly and effectively Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska (or compact state eligibility) BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required within 6 months of hire TNCC certification required within 6 months of hire Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN or BSN) required
