Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative School Psychologist to join a supportive district team in Michigan for a full-time opportunity. This role focuses on providing psychological services and conducting special education evaluations for students ranging from preschool through 12th grade. Position Details Full-Time Caseload includes students Preschool-12th Grade Primary responsibilities include special education evaluations Role and responsibilities may be adjusted based on district needs Responsibilities Conduct psychoeducational and special education evaluations Interpret assessment results and prepare comprehensive reports Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families Provide recommendations and support strategies to address student needs Ensure compliance with Michigan special education requirements and timelines Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Master's Degree (or equivalent) in School Psychology Approval as a School Psychologist through the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) If you are passionate about supporting student success and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply today!
