They are looking for a highly experienced infant nanny who can confidently step into a newborn-focused role and become a trusted, long-term part of the family. This is a wonderful opportunity for a professional nanny who truly loves babies, understands infant care deeply, and wants to grow with a thoughtful family. The family is willing to pay a premium for premium care and is open to increasing compensation for candidates who bring additional experience or are open to helping in broader supportive ways.

Responsibilities:

Full care for newborn including bottles, soothing, diapering, naps, routines, and developmental engagement Bottle prep, washing/sanitizing bottles, baby laundry, nursery organization, baby meal prep as solids begin Supporting infant developmental milestones and creating a calm, nurturing routine Occasional doctor appointments or child-related outings using family vehicle if needed Primary focus is newborn care, though additional household support is welcomed if candidate is interested (with compensation adjusted accordingly) ✨

Requirements:

Extensive newborn/infant experience required Strong professional nanny references English fluency required Spanish-speaking is a strong plus Must have reliable transportation to get to/from work consistently Driving children is not a regular requirement, but comfort occasionally using family car is a plus CPR/First Aid preferred Long-term mindset required Warm, calm, nurturing, and highly dependable
