Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator / Rehab Coordinator Prairie Village, KS Are you passionate about health, wellness, and helping people feel their best? What You'll Do As part of our team, you'll play a vital role in helping patients heal, recover, and feel supported throughout their care journey.

Responsibilities Include:

Guiding and encouraging patients through rehab exercises Accurately charting patient visits Answering phone calls and assisting patients Supporting front desk operations as needed Creating a welcoming, upbeat experience for every patient Training is provided for all responsibilities.

Schedule Monday:

6:45 AM•6:00

PM Tuesday:

2:00 PM•6:30

PM Wednesday:

7:45 AM•6:00

PM Thursday:

2:00 PM•6:30

PM Friday:

7:00 AM•5:00 PM Two Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM•1:00 PM ➡️ When you work a Saturday, you'll receive one weekday off that same week.
