Instructional Excellence:

Provide rigorous, direct instruction in reading, writing, and math tailored to diverse learning needs.

IEP Leadership:

Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring goals are meaningful and compliant.

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain accurate progress monitoring and special education paperwork. Tier 2

Interventions:

Implement and track progress for Tier 2 interventions to support a range of learners.

Team Collaboration:

Certification:

Valid Special Education Certification (or eligibility for certification).

Elementary Focus:

Experience with or a passion for working with elementary-aged children.

Literacy Skills:

Training in Orton-Gillingham (OG) or another structured literacy program is highly preferred.
