Position Overview:

The Warehouse & Vendor Coordinator supports day-to-day warehouse operations, product movement, vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and local pickups/deliveries. This role requires someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable with physical outdoor work, and able to manage both hands-on tasks and administrative responsibilities such as spreadsheets, communication, and recordkeeping. Primary Duties Organize and maintain a small warehouse and inventory held at outside facilities, including moving racks, pallets, boxes, and other goods. Drive a van for local pickups and deliveries of samples, boxes, and goods. Track and maintain inventory of racks, plants, hard goods, and related materials. Maintain vendor and grower relationships, including communication, quality follow-up, and record maintenance. Move boxes, pallets, and other goods between locations as needed. Assist with general warehouse organization, product handling, and operational support. Secondary Duties Monitor product condition and seasonality. Assist with labels, shipping documents, and product detail tracking. Update vendor records and support grower outreach. Help maintain an organized, efficient, and safe working environment. Support additional operational needs during busy periods. Requirements Familiarity with potted plants and willingness to learn plant details quickly. Prior hands-on experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, inventory, and vendor coordination. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook, and QuickBooks. Comfortable tracking inventory, updating records, organizing vendor information, and supporting logistics workflows through spreadsheets and business systems. Comfortable working flexible hours, including Saturdays and extended hours during peak seasons. Ability to work outdoors in Florida conditions and perform physical work that may include lifting up to 50 pounds. Valid Florida driver's license with a clean and reliable driving record. Competitive pay @ $40k-$45k per year depending on experience. Performance review after first 90 days for pay re-evaluation. Traditional benefits will not be offered for this position (Health, 401k, etc) Time off on traditional National Holidays. PTO after 1 year.
