Direct Care Associate

Job Overview At Special Hearts Farm, we don't just grow plants—we grow people. As a Direct Care Associate, you'll help individuals with Autism and related disabilities blossom into their best selves as they develop independence and confidence through farming and gardening experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily tasks such as social skills, meals, and personal care Help our clients learn farming and gardening tasks Accompany clients on fun group outings Keep logs with accurate daily notes, attendance, and incident reports Create a safe, secure environment where every client feels valued and respected What Makes a Great Direct Care Associate? Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred) Valid Florida Driver's License At least one (1) year of caregiver experience (Preferred) Why Join Us? Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
