Full-Time/Part-Time Kickboxing Coach

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full-Time or Part Time Kickboxing Coach to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for martial arts, fitness training, and helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. This role involves instructing kickboxing classes and fostering a motivating environment for students of all skill levels. Prior experience in sports coaching, teaching physical education, or martial arts such as Karate, Judo, or Kickboxing is highly desirable. The coach will work closely with students to improve their technique, build confidence, and promote a healthy lifestyle within our gym setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Coaching & Member Experience Lead engaging and effective kickboxing classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels Lead high-intensity, on-brand KickHouse kickboxing classes using official KickHouse programming. Provide safe exercise modifications and ensure every member feels seen, supported, and motivated. Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure safety during all training sessions Manage behavior and maintain a positive, motivating environment for students Build community by learning member names and engaging before and after class. Support studio cleanliness, equipment setup, and daily operational tasks. Sales & Lead Engagement Call and text prospective leads to schedule trial classes. Assist with membership sales, consultations, and promotional challenges (6- or 8-week challenges). Participate in community events to promote KickHouse Parker and attract new members. Social Media & Brand Promotion Create, post, and engage with content across studio social platforms during work hours. Capture class photos and videos, member testimonials, and community moments. Monitor and respond to member comments and DMs to build connection online. Contribute to creative campaigns, promotions, and monthly marketing themes. Studio Operations Perform daily cleaning and equipment maintenance checks. Support the Head Coach in class consistency and team energy. Attend and contribute to weekly and monthly team meetings. Qualifications Experience working with adults in sports coaching, physical education, or martial arts such as Karate, Judo, or Kickboxing Strong teaching skills with the ability to coach multiple students at one time Knowledge of martial arts disciplines including Karate and Judo is preferred Excellent communication skills and a motivating personality Ability to demonstrate proper technique and ensure safety during all activities Certification in CPR/AED is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification if necessary Join our team to inspire others through fitness and Kickboxing while fostering a safe, exciting and supportive environment for all participants.
