In this energetic role, you will be the primary point of contact for our most valued guests, ensuring their visits are memorable, personalized, and seamless. Duties Greet VIP guests warmly upon arrival and provide personalized concierge services to meet their specific needs. Manage guest reservations, special requests, and exclusive event access with professionalism and attention to detail. Supervise and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations of VIP areas and services. Handle cash transactions accurately, including tips, purchases, or deposits, maintaining strict confidentiality. Resolve guest concerns or conflicts promptly using effective conflict management techniques to ensure satisfaction. Develop strong relationships with high-profile guests by anticipating their preferences and offering tailored experiences. Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, preferences, and feedback to enhance future service delivery. Qualifications Proven management or supervising experience in a hospitality or casino environment. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively. Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills. Experience in casino operations or related entertainment venues is highly desirable. Ability to handle cash responsibly with basic math skills for transactions and balancing registers. Skilled in conflict management techniques to address guest issues professionally.
