Fundraising & Partnerships Manager DeSoto, TX 75115 $49,637.32 - $59,778.27 a year - Full-time $49,637.32 - $59,778.27 a year - Full-time Position Summary The Fundraising & Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, building community partnerships, securing sponsorships, coordinating donor engagement activities, and supporting the overall mission of the organization. This role works closely with leadership, community stakeholders, businesses, foundations, and volunteers to increase financial support and community involvement. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage annual fundraising plans and campaigns Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, community organizations, and corporate partners Identify and pursue grant, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities Coordinate fundraising events, donation drives, and community outreach activities Assist with donor communications, acknowledgments, and stewardship efforts Create marketing and promotional materials for fundraising initiatives Track donations, sponsorships, and fundraising outcomes using reporting systems Collaborate with leadership to meet organizational fundraising goals Represent the organization at networking events, meetings, and community activities Recruit and engage volunteers and community supporters Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, business, or related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of fundraising, nonprofit, sales, or partnership development experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience organizing events and community outreach activities Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and donor databases Passion for community impact and nonprofit service Preferred Skills Grant writing experience Public speaking and presentation skills Experience working with community organizations and sponsors Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising strategies and donor engagement
